30-Day Guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help with a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work as it should, email us at hello@wanderglamp.com with a quick photo, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to send anything back.

Changed Your Mind?

If you'd like to return an unused item in its original condition, reach out within 30 days and we'll walk you through it. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Order Not Arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us — we'll either reship it or refund you in full. You're always covered.
